Primary handling: selection of coffee cherry at a select co-operative in Kenya

As green bean dealers for the last 5 years, we understood how much the trade supports local economies directly/indirectly in Kenya. In anticipation to cushion the smallholder farmers and select co-operatives, we sought to directly match coffee profiles from partner farmers and select co-operatives directly to coffee buyers.
