Farmers are key component in the production of good quality coffee.

At connect coffee, we are committed to engage and assist farmers to improve their coffee production( quantity & quality) and improve their welfare through:

  • Provision of financial support required to acquire quality certified coffee seeds, fertilizers, and renovation of processing facilities.
  • Offer training on the best farm practices for instance: pest and nutrition management, timely planting, and pruning.
  •  Partnership with Coffee Research Foundation (CRF) will be instrumental in training farmers, research & development (R &D) as well as carrying out monitoring and evaluation.

Customers’ satisfaction is key to connect coffee. Our main focus is to offer the best quality coffee to satisfy our customers. We are transparent and offer certified processes through our supply chain. Customers get information on the source of their coffee, the process of preparation, and the production method. 

As a result, customers get to drink healthy quality coffee and can also participate in connect coffee activities.

  • Public coffee class– customers get to learn on the process of coffee preparation as well as acquire knowledge on coffee processing procedures. Customers are able to select a coffee bean variety of their choice.
  • We roast coffee every day onsite and ONLY serve roasted coffee prepared between 2-14 days maintaining high-quality coffee. Customers can order for freshly roasted coffee and be delivered.
  • We provide a variety of extraction methods based on the coffee bean characteristic to meet customers’ preferences and choices.
  • From each sale of a cup of coffee, we donate  5%  to improve coffee farmers’ welfare.

Improving people’s relationship with life is still a challenge but is ideal for every human being.

At Connect coffee, we have taken a considerable step to ensure we provide a conducive environment for people to connect in various ways.

  •  Provide communal venue space for events to groups/people/institutions that advocate and share the spirit of Connect Coffee. We offer space for art galleries, music concerts, environment seminars, photo exhibitions just to mention a few.
  • We look forward to receiving better ideas that will enhance connection with people’s life.
