Isolation from technical assistance, limited farm management skills & insufficient working capital are among the challenges faced by small scale coffee farmers in Kenya. Motivated to provide solution for these challenges & passion to serve quality coffee led to the birth of  “ seed to cup project “ whose main objective is to increase income generation through supporting small scale farmers. Seed to cup project targets to support more than 1,000 network of small scale farmers in Kenya improve their production ( quality & quantity)  within the next 10 years. In our pilot phase for the next 3 years,  Connect coffee company & Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture will support 6 pilot coffee farmers  that will eventually become model farmers in the scale out plan.
