To compliment our regular public brewing classes, we are excited to announce the launch of regular advanced roasting and cupping class. This sessions will equip coffee enthusiasts/connoisseur on :
- Detailed background knowledge on coffee establishment through to processing.
- Different roasting profile
- Coffee blind tasting.
Attendants will also be encouraged to take part in the practical sample roasting.
