Connect Coffee is looking for an Assistant Coffee Trainer who will drive innovation at our upcoming barista coffee academy. He/She will support the implementation of a structured coffee and technical programmes.
The ideal candidate should hold at least :
- 3 years experience in the coffee industry.
- Certificate in coffee technology and quality management ( will be an added advantage ).
- Posses good communication skills with exposure in training.
- Knowledge of computerized packages : Ms Word, Ms power point, Ms excel.
- Strong leadership, supervision, interpersonal and report writing skills.
- General knowledge across coffee value chain.
