To compliment our regular public brewing classes, we are excited to announce the launch of regular advanced roasting and cupping class. This sessions will equip coffee enthusiasts/connoisseur on :

• Coffee evaluation from point of origin, processing and value addition.
• Develop your coffee sensory, grading, roasting skills.
• Sample a range of single origin top sought after coffee in East Africa.

Attendants will also be encouraged to take part in the practical sample roasting.
