Connect Coffee is looking for an Assistant Coffee Trainer who will drive innovation at our upcoming barista coffee academy. He/She will support the implementation of a structured coffee and technical programmes.

The ideal candidate should hold at least :

  • 3 years experience in the coffee industry.
  • Certificate in coffee technology and quality management ( will be an added advantage ).
  • Posses good communication skills with exposure in training.
  • Knowledge of computerized packages : Ms Word, Ms power point, Ms excel.
  • Strong leadership, supervision, interpersonal and report writing skills.
  • General knowledge across coffee value chain.
