CONNECT COFFEE COMPANY LTD is looking for an ambitious individual in the capacity of accounts assistant to work with us as we expand our business portfolio.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least have CPA Part II
- Degree in the Business related field is added advantage
- Should have worked in a similar position for at least 3 Years
KEY SKILLS
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software i.e Quick Books, E-count ERP
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent organizing abilities & communication skills
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare, maintain and manage general ledger accounting.
- Assist in preparation of annual accounts and annual budget.
- Manage office expenditure within the expenditure budgetary limits.
- Perform reconciliation of banking transactions.
- Prepare various financial statements and records periodically.
- Perform and provide analysis support for key departments in managing budgets.
